A shop that I found on Instagram and wanted to go from before. Arrived at 13:00. The shop was a little crowded, but I got in right away. Orders stop at 13:30, so you have to enter the store by then. I had a beef tongue and a hamburger lunch. It takes a little while to be served (35 minutes after ordering), so it's recommended if you have plenty of time. Beef tongue is soft and the meat is guinea. The hamburger steak is soft and the sauce goes well with rice. Recommended ✨

There are many dishes made with Gifu ingredients, and the photos on the walls of the restaurant all looked delicious, so I was confused. As a result, I decided on hamburger omelet rice and green onion salt hamburger. The hamburger omelet rice is topped with ketchup rice wrapped in a creamy egg and placed on a piping hot iron plate, so you can enjoy it without getting cold. The hamburger steak is very soft and delicious with plenty of demi-glace sauce. The green onion salt hamburger steak was delicious as it had plenty of green onions and could be eaten hot until the end. There are many other things on the menu, so I'd like to try them all.
