Gifu, Japan｜くらうど

First visit on a business trip. It is a store in a building directly connected to the station. There are many types of local Gifu sake and various Gifu cuisine, so you can enjoy sake and gourmet food. There is also an all-you-can-drink local sake, so you can taste many brands little by little🍶 Doteni, black oden, and sweetfish sashimi were delicious.

I ate the specialty of Gifu I also had Hida beef, and I was happy that the more I chewed, the more flavor came out. The mayonnaise on the ham was delicious, so I really want to have it at home. I ate pickled steak for the first time, but the gentle taste made my chopsticks go. I thought I'd like to have Tori-chan-yaki with sake. I went to Enso Kura Udo on the second floor of Active G at JR Gifu Station for lunch. There is also Gifu's all-you-can-drink sake for 1 hour (1,650 yen as of 2023/01/12), and I entered the store expecting to find a variety of a la carte menus like at an izakaya, but there were only a few a la carte menus, and most of them were set menus. Ta. When you think of Gifu's local cuisine, you can think of ``Chicken Yaki'', ``Hida Beef Hoba Miso Yaki'', ``Amago Tempura'', and there was also an udon menu. Among the individual items that caught my attention were ``Cream Cheese Pickled in Miso'' and the classic ``Meiho Ham.'' This time I chose the Gifu Specially Selected Gozen (2,350 yen). I ordered the Premol (660 yen), a set that comes with 9 bite-sized small bowls, red miso soup, and rice with honeysuckle. The small dishes include ``chicken grill'', ``ageyaki'', ``candied sweetfish'', ``boiled beef tendon'', ``Hida beef roast beef'', ``akabu'', ``simmered pickles'', ``sesame tofu'', ``amago tempura'', and sake. Perfect for. Personally, I didn't like the sake, but I later regretted that I should have ordered the all-you-can-drink option. But even if you start drinking during the day, that's okay. Apart from the specially selected gozen, I ordered ``Cream cheese pickled in Gujo miso'' (350 yen), and this cheese was exquisite! Three marble-sized cheeses cost 350 yen, but each cheese is enough to fill a glass of chilled sake (60cc, 390 yen). Oh my, it was delicious. Next time, I would like to invite people who like Japanese sake.
