The pork cutlet I was eating A memory came to mind👌 When I asked the owner on my way home, After all, the predecessor was a famous Nagoya store that no longer exists. It seems that he was trained at Kinshachiyama. I think it is one of the few famous restaurants that has continued to preserve the taste of Kinshachiyama even after being passed on to the second generation for decades 🙇‍♀️ I am grateful that I was able to faithfully enjoy the taste of the place where I trained while training, where many of the dishes, such as pork cutlet, are simply fried 😊 ah! By the way, the quality of the meat is better than Kinshachiyama 👌

I ordered the Hirekatsu set meal (3 pieces). The sauce felt lighter than before. The meat was so soft that it was very easy to eat. I forgot to take a photo of the food, so I'd like to try again! I entered the store around 13:20. Although it was the last minute for the lunch hour, they kindly accommodated us.

It was lunch time around 12:30 on a weekday, but I was able to get in right away. The fin cutlet set meal was recommended, so we had the upper fillet cutlet set meal and the mitsuro set meal. The fillet cutlet was meaty and tender, and the sauce was also very delicious. The set meal consists of fillet cutlet, crab koro, and fried squid. Isoage was delicious~ The price was a little high for lunch, but the staff were nice and the meaty cutlet was delicious!
