Tajimi, Gifu, Japan｜ポモドーロ

I used it with 3 children at GW lunch. There was no salad bar salad due to Corona, but there were bread (grape bread, carrot bread, sesame focaccia, bucket), french fries (thick), onion soup, and various seasonings at the bar counter. Since there is no salad, it is 50 yen off from the lunch price. I was surprised because it was even cheaper than the original price lol The salad bar was free for children under the age of 2, which was very helpful! I love potatoes so it was nice to have them on the salad bar. Salad comes in one plate per person in the picture. I am satisfied with the volume. Some people wrote that the taste was light in the word of mouth, but it seems that this shop recommends reducing salt. There was a low-salt pamphlet (handmade) near each table. So I think it's basically a light seasoning. There were balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. on the salad bar counter, probably for those who don't have enough seasoning. The potatoes are almost not salted, so it's nice to be able to adjust the taste for children. I ordered oyster doria and gratin, but the scent of oysters whet my appetite and I forgot to take a picture before eating. If you ask for a drink with lunch, it will be exceptional, so it is recommended. I definitely want to stop by when I come to Gifu again.

There is disinfection and temperature measurement at the time of entering the store, so you can use it with confidence. Lunch had a wide variety of pasta. Spinach and bacon pasta brings out the flavor of the ingredients. The bread and soup buffet uses vinyl gloves, and hygiene management is excellent.

I've always wanted to go to Pomodoro in Tajimi, which has always been popular. The seasoning of the doria is excellent. It was the most delicious doria I've ever had in my life. Lunch is 850 yen and comes with a salad bar, making it the best value for money. Drinks can be added for an additional 180 yen.
