Kani, Gifu, Japan｜Botefuku

There are only counter seats, but the food is cooked in front of you, so it's fun to watch. It's Osaka-yaki, but it's fluffy and melts in your mouth. The portion was not large, but it was very delicious.

This restaurant is loved by locals and has a long wait even on weekday nights. The flat and chewy yakisoba and fluffy okonomiyaki are grilled right in front of your eyes by the chef's experienced hands. It's a wonderful shop with great customer service that makes you feel so comfortable that you won't want to leave.

It's been a long time since I've had Botefuku ^ - ^ It's still delicious as ever The thick noodle yakisoba here is addictive. Dad seemed to be doing well too (^^) Thank you for the meal
