5 stars just isn't enough 😊 I made a reservation through Horsepower Shop's Instagram DM, and from the moment they responded very well and I was looking forward to going. All of the employees who greeted me after I arrived at the store were very friendly and had great smiles 🥺✨The one I was shown to was a private room, which was really helpful as I had a child with me🥺 The most important thing is the meat, but all of the meat was delicious, and even my daughter, who doesn't like meat, ate a lot of it🤤And the rice was delicious too! ! ! The liver had sharp edges and was fresh, and it was my first time eating tongue sashimi, and it was delicious🤤 There are two types of sauces, but anyone who has ever eaten a hamburger steak from Horseback Shop will know that this is a version of that delicious sauce without the green onions, and it goes with any meat, making it the most delicious. It was🤤✨ I've been working in the restaurant industry for 10 years, where hygiene management is very strict, but I didn't find anything that bothered me🥺I thought the inside of the store was kept clean🥺The restrooms were also clean🫣✨ I went to a lot of Yakiniku restaurants in Aichi Gifu, but I thought this was the best overall in terms of the staff's service, the quality of the meat, the hygiene, and the price☺️ I’ll be sure to visit you again soon 🥺✨

You can eat delicious Hida beef. The hamburger steak was also introduced on TV. However, I personally think the quality of the meat is better than that of a hamburger. I regret that I forgot to take pictures of the short ribs and loin. What is called upper ribs at other restaurants is served as regular ribs. I would like to use it when I have a little extra money in my wallet. The tongue sashimi was also delicious.

I entered the store at the same time as the store opened at 11:00 and received a cheese super hamburger set meal (1150 yen). It looked like a smaller hamburger than I imagined, but there was quite a response to eating meat seasoned with cheese and pepper. It is also good that the rice is free and can be refilled. My friend ordered a rib bowl (large serving of rice), which was also voluminous. The taste evaluation is ☆ 4, but the customer service was good, so + ☆ 1 is ☆ 5 😊
