Visited October 11, 2020. A famous sushi restaurant in Gifu. There are 8 directly managed stores (?) and the rest seem to be branch stores. This is also a branch store, as the name suggests. If you look online, you'll find that each store has different menus and flavors, and each store has its own unique plans, such as all-you-can-eat options. I arrived around 6:30 pm, and although there were only a few customers at the time, by the time I left an hour later, the place was nearly full. Of course, the taste and price were completely different from conveyor belt sushi, and the ingredients were so great that even a child could tell the difference. It's good to have a stupid big cup of tea. I don't know about counter seats, but if you're at a table, you have to write your order yourself, but it's better that way because you won't make any mistakes. The menu is written with a consistent price, but it seems that you are basically ordering 2 pieces, but you can rest assured that they will confirm this when confirming your order.

I stopped by for lunch today. At first, I started with tekka maki rolls, but as I gradually moved on to nigiri 🍣 of squid, tuna, shrimp, etc., the toppings were bigger, better quality, and more filling. Thank you for the meal. 🙏
