I took my daughters to celebrate my 60th birthday. All the meat was delicious, and the ponzu sauce and wasabi went well together, enhancing the taste of the meat. The staff's customer service was also wonderful, and the timing of changing the net, replacing the barley tea (free) pitcher, and providing meat etc. was very good. I know you are watching your customers. When I heard the word "Congratulations!" in a toast with a drink, I asked my son-in-law, "Who is celebrating?" thank you very much! The 4.5 star rating is true. It is a shop that I would definitely like to visit again.

Conclusion. It was the best Yakiniku restaurant I ate at in Gifu Prefecture. Visited on Saturday. I made a reservation by phone in the evening of the same day, and since there were no earlier slots available, I made a reservation at 8pm. Even though I was a solo customer, I didn't feel uneasy and had very pleasant customer service from answering the phone to leaving the store! The store was clean, and the people in the hall were very attentive. The most important thing is the meat, but first of all, I'm impressed that I can eat high-quality yukhoe in this day and age. It's 1485 yen including tax, but I thought it was cheap because there was a lot of it. Other orders include small rice, kimchi, kakiya platter, offal platter, and sudachi cold noodles. Was everything delicious? I was particularly impressed with the tongue salt, top mino, kimo, and skirt steak. The liver was so sweet that it seemed like a waste to eat it with grilled liver. The top loin was of good quality but had too much oil on it. And the last Sudachi cold noodles. Both the tsuyu and noodles are perfect. Personally, I don't like cold noodles that are so chewy that I can't bite them off, but they had a good texture and crunch. In addition, the taste of the soup is too delicious. It was a little lukewarm, so it would have been perfect if it had been a little colder. If I want to eat Yakiniku in Gifu, I will come here again.
