A soba restaurant that repeats every few months. You can enjoy delicious soba regardless of age or gender, with new types of soba noodles and different ways of eating each season. Specifically, there are various types of soba, such as rural soba and coarsely ground soba. Seasoned with sesame and dashi soup, it is a repertoire that you will never get tired of. This time, I had cold soba with sudachi, and the umami of the soup stock and the sourness of the sudachi matched the soup very well. Chilled soba is perfect for summer! Also, I forgot to take a picture, but there are side dishes such as sobagaki and seasonal soba zenzai, which are also recommended!

I was looking for lunch on the way back from visiting the grave. I had the soba noodles topped with Kishu plums from Wakayama and grated radish. Next time, I would like to visit Sudachi soba!

I came to Seigan, which is said to have the most delicious food in Gifu. I compared the usual tastes, and my wife ordered sakura shrimp soba. The owner's commitment and careful work. After all I think that it is the best in Gifu. I took Seigan dango home today, but other products other than soba are also very delicious. The owner's nice personality is another reason why I want to come back again and again.
