Kani, Gifu, Japan｜Chō men udon

May 28, 2023 First time Today, I visited because the reviews were high. As everyone said, the food was very delicious and the hostess' service was wonderful. I had the kake udon topped with fried rice. My partner had plum wakame koro udon. The udon noodles were chewy and delicious, just as the reviews said. Thank you for the meal. I took pictures of the inside of the store, but my partner told me that I shouldn't have taken pictures without the owner's consent. That's right, so I discarded it this time.

I thought that Aimori (udon and Chinese noodles) and Mixed (soba and udon) were highly recommended, so I stopped by on my way home from a nearby golf course. In the end, since it was a cold day, I decided to order curry udon. The curry and dashi were exquisite and deliciously warming. The staff at the restaurant were kind even though they were busy, and I would like to try a different menu next time. I was able to experience why it is delicious and popular. The parking lot will probably accommodate about 10 cars.

delicious. I ordered the Mekabu Umekoronaka (680 yen), which is a limited edition cold noodle. The soup is delicious! I also like the firmness of the noodles. Mekabu and plum are entwined in udon, and when you put shiso leaves in your mouth, the scent spreads and is refreshing. Great volume and good cost performance even in medium size. The shop is also nice. Parking lot is wide. Recommended✨
