At first glance, the shop looks like an ordinary house, but there are signs posted so it was easy to get lost. There were other options besides eel on the menu, but I decided to choose eel here. The upper eel bowl also comes with liver soup. The seasoning and quantity of the sauce were exquisite and I enjoyed it till the end. The liver soup was delicious and the pickles were so delicious that some people even ordered pickles separately. The price was relatively reasonable and I was very satisfied with the delicious eel.

We want you to enjoy the taste of the eel, so we use less sauce. The eel was thick and fluffy, and I enjoyed the taste of the eel itself. The pickles had a refreshing taste with crunchy and bran pickled eggplant, and were a delicious palate cleanser.

I wanted to eat delicious eel, so I visited from Aichi after hearing the good reviews. We drove quite a bit, and even though it was according to the navigation system, we were a little nervous about going deep into the mountains, but we arrived without any hesitation. The exterior looks like a large country house. I probably wouldn't have known if the eel Mizuno nobori hadn't been standing there. The inside of the store looks like three rooms with the sliding doors and sliding doors removed, and the seats are tables and chairs. The tasteful furniture was quite different from the exterior, and it was wonderful. Adults ordered the jodon set meal, and my daughter, who cannot eat eel, ordered the fried shrimp set meal. The upper bowl has two layers of grilled eel, and the sauce is modest. The skin is crispy and the flesh is plump. One was large and filling. I especially liked the seasoning. The sauce was light and the portions were modest, so I was able to finish the rice, which usually would be too covered in sauce to finish. However, it doesn't mean that the sauce isn't enough, it's just right. I'll definitely come back again soon! That's what the eel restaurant said. My daughter's fried shrimp was not the usual shrimp shape, but opened. This one costs 1,500 yen, which is reasonable considering you can get it at a store like this. It looked delicious and my daughter was satisfied. As is common in the Chubu region, there is quite a lot of salad dressing, so if you don't like it, you may want to order it separately.
