I stayed at the Gifu Grand Hotel on the Meitetsu train. I chose Japanese food for dinner. And the dinner place was Japanese restaurant KISSHO, which served dishes using Gifu's specialties, and it was very delicious 🤗

I went to "Robata" which feels like an izakaya version of Kissho. It's located on the first basement floor, which is a little hard to find, but I really recommend it. I wonder if the kitchen is shared with the Japanese restaurant "Kissho"? The taste is certain. The menu changes seasonally, so you can enjoy seasonal ingredients. It's a waste for me who can be satisfied with an ordinary izakaya. Everything is made in the kitchen right in front of you, so it takes time to serve, but you can still get a decent product. I love fried tofu. The beer here is only 16 yen between the large and medium prices. It seems that the glass is offered at a special price, and it is said that it is such a price. It seems that it is often asked. ■ Added in July 2020 It became the main course dish, and the single item was significantly reduced.

All of the kaiseki dishes were delicious! My daughter's kindergarten set was gorgeous and she was very happy with it.
