I was really curious about the soba shop. I’m finally here! I received the Ajikorabe soba (cold) with tempura from the limited quantity menu. I was surprised at how delicious it was! Two types of peeled soba and brown soba and three types of soup. Tempura includes two large shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, green beans, eggplant, and lotus root. Tamagoyaki and decorative sushi rolls in a small bowl. Even the soba soup is seriously delicious! Completely decided to repeat! Really delicious soba that shows the owner's strong commitment! I stopped by during a tour. I got lost in a place that was a little hard to find, but I found it as I entered in front of the shrine. It was good that there was a P for motorcycles, but I found a sign on the wall of the store building saying that photography of the restaurant's food is prohibited and people with bad manners are not allowed. I entered the store thinking, Wow, is this a store run by a grumpy old man? The owner was incredibly kind and welcomed me very calmly and politely. Both the soba noodles and other dishes were very delicious. I was a little surprised to find such a famous restaurant in such a place. I would like to visit you again.

The taste of each ingredient was solid, and I was able to feel the commitment and politeness to the food. I really liked the relaxing atmosphere in the shop of an old private house. The people in the shop were very polite, and I wanted to stay in the shop forever. It was really delicious ~ 🍀🍀🍀
