Very good taste

When we made a reservation on a weekday night, the restaurant was reserved exclusively for us (there were several take-out groups), so we were able to eat in peace. Reservations only for dining and takeout. I've had eel here many times, and it's always cooked consistently and never comes off. The meat is soft and grilled. The skin is neither crispy nor chewy, just the right amount, which I personally like. If you like it crispy with some charring, it might be a little different. The sauce coats the meat well and soaks up the flavor. It also applies to rice. Sweet. Tokujo (one and a half fish) has eel on top and in the middle of the rice. There was plenty of eel, so I ordered a second helping of rice (free of charge). The set meal includes liver soup, pickled vegetables, side dishes such as fried eggs, and jelly for dessert. *This restaurant does not serve Narazuke. Table seats and tatami seats. A sturdy acrylic partition is installed.

When I want to eat eel, I go to this restaurant. You can watch it carefully grilled over charcoal after you place your order. The eel is also crispy and delicious. You can have up to one serving of rice. They also put sauce on it. The rice is delicious at Koshihikari from Toyama.
