When I was staying at Fairfield by Marriott Gifu Mino, I was introduced to it by a Marriott friend and went there. I was worried about the unusual aroma and flavor, but I found it very easy to eat and delicious. Above all, it's fun to grow delicious food yourself on a griddle, and it's easy and delicious. It's heartwarming to see so many families coming in and having fun poking at the meat on the iron plate. However, the clothes you've been wearing will leave behind the lovely scent common to teppanyaki, so you'll need to change clothes immediately after showering. lol

It was delicious! It seems like you write your own order and bake it yourself. Although the staff was not friendly, I would like to go there again.

When I watched it on TV, the staff at the restaurant cooked it right in front of me, but as of November 27th, due to the coronavirus, I have to cook it myself. The meat is seasoned in advance, so you don't have to worry too much about it, but if you're not used to it, it might be difficult to get the timing right when you put the griddle on it.
