Minokamo, Gifu, Japan｜加茂う

Last time I came here in 2016, I had a long-cherished desire [Gifu / eel hitsumabushi] The owner of this shop was trained at the long-established eel shop "Atsuta Horai" in Nagoya. It's about 350km away from Tokyo and Kanagawa, but it's a taste that makes you want to come and eat even if you run that distance! I don't know when I can come next time, but I want to come again♪

It was my first time to eat grilled eel, and it goes well with ponzu sauce. It was delicious.

I often come to Gifu for work reasons. This is a delicious eel restaurant that I always go to eat. The eel carefully grilled over charcoal is superb🤩 of course! Hitsumabushi is also available. Rather than changing the taste myself I want to keep eating like that forever I love Unadon ❤️
