Gifu, Japan｜Nobunaga Honten

The best place in Gifu to have delicious dishes. We had the oysters, grilled chicken, wagyu rice, egg rice, and the desserts. Absolutely amazing flavors that come together. Gorgeous atmosphere and great service as well. Must try in Gifu!

We have lunch with this restaurant. We order a plate of salad, Mabushi and Kamamechi. The taste is good. The service is very good. Staff help us a lot for order.

I got here by chance for lunch on Sunday. Turns out they are quite popular. Special dish is motsunabe which you can get as addition on their lunch menu. I went with Gifu specialty Ayumeshi. The food and service are fantastic. I came without making appointment, the staff was very helpful to make able to get a seat, even though I have to go around the town again then get back. Kitagawa-san, thank you very much. Very good service 😊 The offal pot, go with the white miso. Wonderful taste! Also, the restaurant name is so Gifu. Nobunaga! Great food, helpful staff, relaxing ambience. Reccommended!
