Seki, Gifu, Japan｜Yamanami

I was introduced to this restaurant by our customer. The variety of the local gourmet and the atmosphere are superb. I tried the red and black fried chicken. Very interesting combination. It is a restaurant that I wish it is near my company so that I can try different menu everyday.

Close to Seki City Hall The ayu sauce cutlet bowl seems to be popular, and of course it's delicious! Contrary to its appearance, it tastes very elegant. However, for me, the Seki fried chicken set meal is seriously delicious, so I definitely recommend it. The staff are courteous and attentive, but the wait time may be long due to the small number of people, so it's a good idea to make sure you have plenty of time.

For someone like me who loves red miso, this is the best. It was delicious because it was good for the body. The deep soup is the best.
