Mino, Gifu, Japan｜Asadaya

It is a restaurant in the townscape with udatsu. Used for dinner when staying at a nearby hotel. All dishes are carefully prepared and seasoned, especially the ayu, which has a fluffy body and a crispy skin, and is the most delicious ayu I have ever eaten. The sashimi was also fresh and thick and I was impressed. Asadaya is right next to Kosaka Sake Brewery.

I love the smiles and energy of the owner and landlady. I wonder if it's cut by a small number of people. I hope you don't overdo it and just do your best. The set meals that change with the seasons are delicious (*´ω｀*)

It is a Japanese cuisine restaurant in the townscape with udatsu. Lunch is 1650 yen, and there is dessert after the meal and coffee on weekdays, so I think it's a great deal. We also use kaiseki cuisine, but it is beautiful and delicious. I am satisfied with the taste of the food, the appearance, and the customer service of the clerk.
