This time I got it with miso flavor. The shiitake bowl that was brought to us was voluminous, and the fried shiitake mushrooms were really thick and juicy. Since we visited in the late afternoon, it was very relaxing. To order, purchase a meal ticket at the cash register (there is no ticket vending machine). The menu is provided at each table, so I think it's efficient to secure a seat, check the menu, and then purchase your meal ticket at the register. I'm also curious about the other shiitake-based menu items (shiitake cutlet curry, 800 yen).

When I happened to stop by a roadside station, I saw a bowl of shiitake mushrooms, and it was a treat. There were 3 deep-fried shiitake mushrooms about 10 cm in diameter and very thick. The flavor of shiitake mushrooms was good and it was very delicious. But... it looked like a cutlet bowl. There is no loss if you try it once ~
