Seki, Gifu, Japan｜Kosen

Last week, I had a celebration party with my family at Kosen-san. I usually have a set lunch or dinner set meal, but this time I was celebrating so I ordered a course meal. Sashimi, tempura stew, matcha tofu, salmon roe, chawanmushi, yellowtail shabu, small bowl of stew, rice, miso, dessert, etc. We ate many delicious dishes. After all, fresh fish is delicious. The yellowtail shabu was also extremely delicious. I had the shabu-shabu with the soup stock and it melted in my mouth. I like the careful and elegant seasoning of each Obata and chawanmushi. I left my favorite salmon roe and sashimi until the end and put them on top of rice to make a seafood bowl. The whole family had a great time enjoying delicious food and drinks. I am always grateful for your help. I think I want to go again.

I had lunch with my husband. You could tell that each dish was made to order, the hot dishes were piping hot, the cold dishes were cold, and you could feel the care put into each and every dish, and they were all very delicious. I could tell that he was a person who worked very neatly and carefully, such as plating and seasoning. The store has a calm atmosphere, and there are displays of Hokkaido maps, alcohol, and local gourmet food in various places, making it fun to look at. (I was later told that the host was from Hokkaido.) There are tatami and counter seats, and I used the tatami room. I would definitely like to use it again.

I often go there for lunch. Lots of quality small side dishes that capture the best of the season. In addition, there are cute sweets after the meal. All of the dishes are carefully prepared and extremely delicious. Visually and tastefully satisfied This set is offered at such a great value because... I'm beyond surprised and now feel sorry. I can't find any words other than perfect.
