This time I visited by car, but it was convenient as there is a free parking lot for up to 2 hours just north of the store. Soba is the main dish for lunch, but at night you can enjoy the owner's special izakaya menu. You can enjoy a selection of carefully selected dishes, including meat from Sakaeya ​​in Shiga, famous for its aged meat, and Nanaya duck from Kyoto. This time I visited during lunch time, so I received some soba noodles. [Seared conger eel and vinegary cool light salt soba] Generally, the soup stock for vinegared soba is soy sauce-based, but this restaurant's soup is salt-based. Well, this salt-based soup goes well with the vinegared oranges and brings out the flavor of the soba, making it very delicious. I understand the meaning of "cup included" listed on the menu. You can put the soup stock in a cup and take it home with you, so just drink it. When I get home, I eat it cold like Ochazuke and it's just too good. [One conger eel tempura zaru soba] I received the soba noodles with 100% brown ground (coarsely ground). Firm conger eel with just the right amount of fat. A luxurious item that you can enjoy in its entirety. The soba has a chewy texture that can only be achieved by coarsely ground soba. [28 Zaru Soba] Coarsely ground soba alone is not enough, so add some more. I don't know much about soba so I don't know much about it, but I liked the soba soup at this restaurant and it was delicious. Soba may be important, but soba soup is also important. My partner enjoyed slurping the soba while drinking sake, so next time I'd like to visit the restaurant in the evening and try some soba to finish off the soba. It was a feast!

10 stars! Every dish is delicious! There is no place in Tajimi where you can eat this level of squid. Also, tofu is the best in both firmness and taste! Furthermore, the dried bonito flakes on top of the tofu are shaved on the spot to perfection. For me, the number one dish is meaty. The flavor of the broth, the tenderness of the meat, the balance of the vegetables, everything is perfect! I think it's more delicious than the Nikusui in Osaka Namba. I'm sorry for the vulgar idea, but how delicious it would be if you put rice in the meaty soup. I want to try it once. Also, the firefly squid pickled in oil was quite delicious.
