Lunch in Tajimi The one who headed for us was Mr. Nidaime Naniwa. It looks like a kappo izakaya, but it's open for lunch on Sundays too ^ ^ The shop is located on the first floor of an apartment building, and when you go through the noren and enter the shop, you will see a long counter seat. In front of it, Mino ware sake cups are displayed beautifully ^ ^ Whether it was the first customer of the day, I will sit wherever I like at the counter. From the menu, I asked for a duck loin bowl, but unfortunately it wasn't available on this day, so I changed to A5 Hida Beef Kuchidoke Roast Beef Bowl (above). My wife ordered the eel simmered with Japanese pepper (regular). A person who seems to be the owner and a person who is about 10 years older than him. I don't know what kind of sharing, but the roast beef was cooked by the husband and the eel was cooked by another person. The roast beef bowl that came out appeared in brightly colored Mino ware with gold joints. Marbled meat is arranged neatly to match the vessel. A set of akadashi and lightly pickled melon. Pour in soy sauce with a little wasabi dissolved in it. As expected, A5 Hida beef is sweet and melts in your mouth. It melts in your mouth~!! ️ Even if you eat it with plenty of wasabi, you won't lose at all. The meat was written as 100g, but the impression is that it contains a lot. But it's delicious and I can go back and forth. I ordered this and the result was all right!! ️ My wife's eel is not kabayaki, but lightly boiled. It has a very fluffy finish. I changed a bite, but the grainy Japanese pepper works well and is also delicious. Lunch menu unique to a slightly elegant izakaya❗️ It might be a hidden famous store! ️

I think Mino ware fans should definitely visit this shop. In addition, the meals served in Mino-yaki plates and bowls were always delicious, no matter what we ordered. The local sake to go with it was also great. The staff's customer service is very good, and I definitely want to visit when I go to Tajimi again.
