Mitake, Gifu, Japan｜うなぎ 季節料理 魚邦

Used this for lunch after going to Gifu World Rose Garden. I think the lunch limited to 20 meals is a great deal. The variety and seasoning have been well thought out and I am very satisfied. If I have a chance, I would like to use it again.

I came to the store for the first time to eat eel with my family during Obon! The inside of the store was also very beautiful and the capacity was good, and the warm green tea during the waiting time was delicious (^ ^) I got the hitsumabushi (bamboo) and it was superb! ! ! The best doneness that I like with the outside potash and the fluffy inside! And the hitsumabushi dashi soup will be served hot later. The condiments are also summer-like myoga (^ ^) It was the most delicious eel! At the end, the bone cracker came out, but it was really crispy and authentic bone cracker because it was fried for 30 minutes at the shop! ! Surprise✨ It is a shop that I definitely want to visit again ^ ^ Thank you^^

The eel was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the sauce was not too sweet and rich, but it was light and very delicious. I was also intrigued by the fried shrimp, but the clothes were crisp and the shrimp was soft and delicious. It was a great satisfaction. I definitely want to visit this shop again. There were various menus such as boiled fish, so I would like to eat boiled fish next time. I heard that it was delicious from the conversations of customers at other tables.
