Yaotsu, Gifu, Japan｜Wakasugi

I was in the town of Yaotsu, but since it was after 2pm, all the shops had last orders and were closed. Only Mr. Wakasugi was open for business, which was helpful. The Chinese noodles we ordered were filled with a gentle soup and plenty of stewed vegetables, which saved us from our hunger as it was a restaurant located on Hijin no Oka. Thank you for giving me a mandarin orange as a souvenir♪

Grandma is in charge. You can enjoy ramen with lots of ingredients at the Chinese soba here for 500 yen. Please try it. You can also smoke! (Please be careful of the customers around you!)

When I visited, I was told that due to the store's circumstances, they could only serve Chinese noodles, but as the reviews said, I was overwhelmed by the price, the volume, and the variety of ingredients. The view from the tatami room is also great. I couldn't find any restaurants in the area, so it was helpful to have a restaurant here.
