Yaotsu, Gifu, Japan｜そば游居 珍竹林

The parking lot is just south of the store, across the road. There are instructions so it's easy to understand. Since the weather has gotten warmer, I was told that hot noodles are no longer available, so I asked for a set of zaru soba and tempura bowl. The soba noodles are firm and chewy, and it's also interesting to eat them with the recommended Bolivian rock salt. There is a wide variety of tempura in the tempura bowl, including unusual ones like konnyaku tempura. Traditional types such as sweet potato and pumpkin are quite filling. Personally, I would like a little more volume. The story-loving general happened to be close to my hometown, so we had a great time talking about the local area and learning about Chiune Sugihara.

Right next to the Sugihara Chiune Memorial Museum I found a parking lot, but there is no store! I called the store and they came to pick me up. There was a sign that said "This way," but it was right above this! I received the best wild vegetable tempura from a very kind owner. The Japanese house was also relaxing and soothing. I will visit you again. Thank you very much.

Soba and tempura are delicious. The tempura includes unusual ingredients that are picked on the premises in the morning. After all, sesame oil is good for tempura. It seems that the old private house of the parents' house was renovated, but I am impressed that each and every one of them has a good taste. I felt that the experience of the kimono shop was fully utilized. As expected.
