It definitely looks delicious! ! First, let's start with the soup...the shrimp stock is strong and delicious. I thought it would be light like clam ramen, but it was rich. The flavor of the mitsuba goes well with the rich soup. This is a flavor that you will want to eat on a regular basis. It's only available for a limited time, so I'd like to go again soon.
