Best tempura udon I've ever eaten in Japan

I've been coming to eat since I was a kid, and even now I'm outside of the prefecture, I'm regularly urged to eat 😆 I'm exclusively a set of gomoku rice with a large serving. Hand-made noodles with a thick soup. Shrimp tempura and sono tempura are crispy and delicious 😊 I love udon and I go to many places, but so far Nagae is my favorite 😆

One of my favorite udon restaurants. Tenkoro udon is chewy and tempura is crispy. The soup stock is also very delicious. Also, I think that oil is very good, so you can enjoy a different taste by combining the oil that melts from the batter and the juice. I've heard that it's been decades, but it's a shop I want to go to for a long time.
