I came here to try the famous Terikatsudon. Ramen is also popular, so I ordered a set of Terikatsudon and mini ramen. Terikatsudon has its own sauce, which is difficult to compare, but it's like a demi-glace sauce, but it has a sour taste that could be considered tomato sauce, but my impression is that it's somewhere in between. I like both and they were delicious. I thought it might be similar to Hatcho miso since it's from the Tokai region, but I didn't get that feeling. The ramen is light and delicious with thin noodles and a seafood-based soup stock. It is recommended. The Terikatsudon is likely to be addictive. It's the type of thing that makes you want to eat it when you forget about it.
