Ena, Gifu, Japan｜らっせい庵

I visited at lunchtime. There were many customers, but I wrote my name and was called within 20 minutes. I ate zaru soba, assorted tempura, and buckwheat tempura. Sorry for keeping you waiting! When he brought me the first soba tea, he left a very good impression on me, and he also brought me cold water. This was the first time I was served both tea and water at a restaurant. It was wonderful to see all the staff working so efficiently even when the store was always full! Of course the soba was delicious, but the staff was so nice that I would want to go back to eat soba again.

Today I am in Ena City for work♫ I had a tempura soba set meal here on my way from Nakatsugawa City ☺️ The handmade soba noodles are very chewy and taste good. The tempura also uses clean oil, and the texture is very light considering the volume, so it's very crispy😆 Although it's not shown in the image, I also had the soba soup and finished it all😌 We had delicious. The soba is delicious and the tempura is heaping! Above all, the aunties' energetic and cheerful response is very good! There is always a waiting time, so I arrived at 10:00 today (too early for lunch! ) There were already 5-6 groups of customers. The usual tempura soba was delicious. Thank you for the meal!
