It's a bargain at ¥200 per bottle. It also comes with pickles and shiso rolls as souvenirs. Although it was a walnut sauce, it had an adult flavor with a little strong ginger. It's charcoal-grilled, and they seem to be particular about how dry the sauce is. Personally, I preferred the sauce to be watery. When I thawed the frozen food a week later and ate it, the ginger smell had disappeared and it was mellow and delicious. This is the best Gohei mochi ever made. There is plenty of parking as there are about 5 parking spaces on either side of the store. The couple who run it are very nice people and offer warm hospitality.

I always stop by when I'm passing by! If you eat this one, other Gohei mochi will taste bland.
