Mitake, Gifu, Japan｜そば旬彩 千風

I was invited by a senior and visited on a touring. It's hot, so I made a reservation 👍 Arrived at 11:00, there were already several names on the waiting board 😱 I had a little time, so I went to Kazamidori (a nearby bakery) to buy some. When I changed into slippers, I was guided to a beautiful private room. From the window, you can see the mountains in the direction of Oniiwa, which calms your mind. I took a break with tea and soba senbei (like Baby Star Ramen) 🤗 I ordered the Zaru Soba & Tempura set. It came out of the tempura after waiting for 10 minutes. Goya tempura is eye-catching. It's delicious with little bitterness 😋 Zaru soba was chewy and delicious. I wish I had a large serving (¥300). If it's a weekday, it's ¥100 with inari sushi🉐I found a good shop after a long time. The owner's (couple?) response is soft and comfortable. I'm glad it was sunny ~~ We were once again thinking. I will send it again. Thank you m(_ _)m

I waited for a while when I entered the store because there were two people. It was a hot day, but the breeze was very pleasant in the shade. Change into slippers and enter the store. I ordered tempura soba. The soba was very smooth and delicious. Tempura is fried with various vegetables and mushrooms and served with matcha salt. The batter was crispy and voluminous, and it was also delicious. It was a very calming shop because the scenery was good and it wasn't noisy.

I visited for lunch! This soba restaurant is probably run by a couple and has a homey atmosphere and a spectacular view! The soba noodles had a gentle taste that made you feel the soup stock, and the tempura was also rich in various ingredients and was lightly fried and very delicious! Inari-san was also voluminous and very delicious! It is run by two people, so reservations are essential!
