After stopping by for a bath on the way back from camp, I saw a signboard and had some venison ( ・∇・)Gibie. I order the local specialty once in a while. It's more delicious than I expected＼＼\\٩( 'ω' )و //／／ I think people would probably eat it thinking it was a delicious roast beef bowl even though it was called a roast beef bowl (￣∀￣) I don't have much of a taste, but it might have more flavor than regular roast beef.The seared venison I had somewhere a long time ago wasn't very tasty, so I thought venison wasn't that tasty. Satisfied👍

It is very different from Neverland in Nagano Prefecture. Restaurants selling udon, soba, and ramen were also open as of 4 p.m. I had the fox soba. Apparently, the soba noodles are made in-house. There is a bakery inside the souvenir shop, which is said to be popular.

I visited the roadside station Donguri no Sato Inatake for a break before lunch! It was just renovated at the beginning of July, so it's very clean and crowded. Even before lunch, I was tempted by the aroma and bought Gohei mochi. ◆Walnut soy sauce Gohei mochi Gohei mochi is less sweet than the ones I'm used to eating, and I can feel the graininess of the rice. delicious! It seems that they use Mineasahi rice, which is produced in Inatake. The men seemed to like it better than the usual Gohei mochi. I was also curious about the green onion miso flavor, so I ate it again the next day. ◆Green onion miso gohei mochi This has a strong side dish feel. Both are delicious Gohei mochi that you won't want to throw away. There are other places around here that serve Gohei mochi, so it would be fun to try and compare. Bread and chiffon cakes made with Mineasahi rice flour are also sold at the roadside station, and I ate them when I got home and they were delicious.
