Ena, Gifu, Japan｜Cuoze

All the dishes we ordered were way beyond my expectations. I def recommend this place to anyone expect people who are in hurry. Slow to serve, but I guess it’s Italian time. Pizza Margherita is very close to the ones in Naples, perfect crust, perfect flavour… Love the spaghetti, meat dish and sides. We had tomato caprese with burrata. I hate tomatoes, but not this one. Love the taste. If they have one on the day you visit, you should try it. Also, gelatos were great. This place always brings me back to Naples, Italy. Remind you, they take time to serve. :-)
