This shop is located in the center of Kamiyahagi-cho, Ena City. The entrance of the shop is in a slightly secluded place, but there is a large signboard so I didn't get lost. I wanted to eat lunch, so this time I ordered "Miso Katsu Don" (900 yen including tax). The miso cutlet bowl comes with wasabi and green onions, and the store clerk told me that it was recommended for the strange taste. The miso is rich and delicious, and it goes well with the cutlet, and it also goes well with wasabi as a palate cleanser, which was a new discovery! Also, according to the menu table, you can purchase ingredients from the Yanagibashi Central Market in Nagoya. I think it would take a long time to get from Kamiyahagi-cho to Nagoya, but I could feel the commitment to the ingredients. The clerk's response was also good, so I would like to use it again when I go nearby!

Ordered a mega serving of katsudon The large, thick cutlet has a crispy batter. At the end of the egg bowl, the freshly fried tonkatsu is slightly entwined, creating an exquisite mix. It's trendy to put the tonkatsu separately from the egg to make it crispy, but I like it. This katsudon, which is perfectly entwined and remains crispy, is also delicious. The soup stock is sweet and gentle seasoning. There was miso soup that came out as a service, so I was able to eat it deliciously until the end even though it was a mega serving. * There is a parking lot for 4 or 5 cars a few meters away along the road.

I will stop by in the middle of a bicycle touring. Or rather, I often build a route that passes around noon. The shop is a bit closed, but recently the signboard has grown beautifully, so if you see the signboard, please come in. You can enjoy a really delicious and hearty meal! Plum juice is served in mugs for bicycle riders~~! A bicycle stand is also provided. I recommend the miso katsudon, and I always order miso soup with red miso soup.
