Very delicious! The servings are ideal, the udon is handmade to the point of perfection (texture and flavor). Highlight to the tempura udon, the tempura is fried right on the spot and served in a good temperature. The staff was astonishingly friendly. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures, but I’ll definitely come back again, so no sweat about that. Easy five stars for them! My compliments to the chef!

When I went to see the world's best Mino-yaki Koma Inu, it was popular at lunchtime, so I stopped by. I ordered the conger eel tempura udon and it was delicious. The thick, soft udon noodles have a nostalgic texture, and are exquisite both in stock and as conger tempura. The fried topping was also to my liking. However, udon noodles tend to get soggy, so it's best to keep your photos short and concentrate on eating them. lol There were many locals and the place quickly filled up.

I ate it while cycling. The extremely thick noodles like Ise udon are chewy, and when combined with the kake udon soup, it reminds me of zoni.
