I arrived before 11:30 on a weekday, but there were already about 5 people waiting in the car. I entered the store at the same time as the store opened, and ordered a cutlet bowl and miso soup. As rumored, it seems to be a bit different from ordinary katsudon ~ The cutlet doesn't seem to be boiled and has a crispy texture, and the egg is also boiled in the eyeball state and crushed and mixed with the yolk. The sauce is sweet and spicy, but it was refreshing. I don't know if you like the classic cutlet bowl with eggs, but I liked it. It is a shop that I would like to recommend to my acquaintances.

It is famous for word of mouth B grade gourmet and visited. A katsudon with a sweet sauce on the straw sandal cutlet and a fried egg that looks great on Instagram! Delicious without complaint, the fat of pork is very delicious. There is a similar katsudon in Okada, Chita City, but the taste is by far the best.
