The two of us visited for dinner. I ordered stir-fried vegetables, sweet and sour pork (not black vinegar), handmade gyoza, and white sesame dandan noodles. Stir-fried vegetables are so filling that you can get enough vegetables for the whole day. It had a gentle seasoning with the bean paste. I love vegetables, so this was a big hit. The sweet and sour pork was a fried pork belly block and was melty. Gentle taste with mellow acidity. It was 300 yen cheaper than the black and sour pork and was quite delicious. Handmade gyoza are fried. Vinegar and freshly ground black pepper were served. This is also delicious. White sesame dandan noodles have a mild sesame flavor. The crunchy texture of green onions is a nice accent. It has a deep and nutritious taste. Overall, I thought it was a healthy Chinese dish with a gentle flavor and lots of vegetables and sesame, almost like a medicinal meal. The bill was 3,150 yen for two people, and the cost performance was very good, making it a restaurant I'd like to visit again.
