The squid had a nice texture that could be cut with your teeth, and it went perfectly with the wasabi soy sauce and rice. A delicious flavor where the vinegared rice gently supports the toppings. It seems like they will adjust the amount of rice if you tell them what you want. Wasabi is real. The ginger on top of the blue fish was also fragrant, although I regret not being able to eat it due to personal preference. The coffee jelly dessert was also delicious with a good balance of bitterness and sweetness.
