Perhaps because of this, the taste of beef is weak, so if you are not used to eating it, I think you can appreciate the freshness of the meat and enjoy it by trying it with sauce or salt. In the case of Gohei Mochi, the miso sauce is added to the sauce after it is cooked and then grilled further, but the miso sauce burns before the meat is cooked. Personally, I think it's better to grill the meat normally and then eat it with miso sauce to use the best meat, as the grill will get burnt and the meat will have a bitter taste. So I think you'll find it delicious. Honestly, I think the miso sauce is better. I felt that. I thought it would be nice to add miso sauce as an afterthought to the menu. The recommended ``Yakiniku restaurant curry'' (beef tongue curry) was exquisite. The thickly sliced ​​beef tongue is well-cooked and goes perfectly with the curry. I think I want to go again.
