You can eat the duck! (Set meal/just over 1000 yen) Perhaps because it's a hot spring town, most of the restaurants around me where I could eat kachan were only open during the day, but I found this place and went there around the same time it opened. It's right next to the hot spring town, above Family Mart. I didn't have time to return my rental car, so I was in a hurry, but since the restaurant had just opened, the food arrived relatively quickly. Taka-chan was really delicious. However, there was a gas burner installed next to it, and I had to stir and cook the meat, so if you don't have time, I think it's better to order another dish. The photos are before and after. I wanted to try it at least once, so I was very satisfied! I didn't take pictures of the set meal, but the tofu, miso soup, rice, and orange jelly were delicious. The grandmother who brought the food to us was also very charming and comforting.

We had the famous Keichan set meal and Hida beef bowl. It's a beef bowl, but it also had a hot egg on it, and it was delicious like a sukiyaki bowl. Kei-chan's amount of chicken is very large, I was surprised. The garnished radish oden was also delicious and delicious. Thank you for the meal.

At Gero Onsen, I ordered the Hida beef tomato bowl, which allows you to eat the local specialty tomato bowl and Hida beef at the same time. The bowl is topped with thinly sliced Hida beef that has been stir-fried with onions in a sweet and spicy manner, and is then topped with roughly chopped tomatoes and a hot spring egg. The set meal comes with two small bowls (soaked and simmered), miso soup, pickles, and dessert (jelly). For tomato lovers, this visual alone is enough to make you salivate. The richly seasoned Hida beef and the refreshing tomatoes go surprisingly well together. It's also delicious with hot spring eggs. It also goes well with Tabasco. Whoever thought of this is a genius.
