Really great soba. A little bit pricey but you get that you pay for.

The ultimate soba restaurant! This is a one-of-a-kind soba restaurant that offers home-grown soba noodles that are hand-ground using a stone mill and made into buckwheat flour. Arrive at 10:00, an hour and a half before opening! I was the first one. I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and when the store opened, I sat down at the back of the store. When I visited for the first time in a long time and looked at the menu, everything was raised and the price was set to about 400 yen UP. Tempura zaru 3,600 yen Zaru soba (1,500 yen) Order Soba-gaki for 2,000 yen (limited to 10 servings)! The buckwheat is coarsely ground and has a good aroma and texture. It is recommended to eat it as it is or with wasabi! If you eat it with soy sauce, the soba will lose. It is good to eat as it is or with wasabi. As for soba noodles, the soba noodles, the sauce, and the condiments are all the best! The soba noodles are fresh and crisp, and the soup has a pleasant scent of bonito and a delicious and refreshing taste that goes well with soba noodles. Tempura is all delicious with the goodness of the material on the whole surface. The salt that comes with it is also delicious 😋 This is my favorite soba restaurant that I definitely want to visit once a year.

This is an amazing soba restaurant. I can say that it is by far the best soba I have ever had in my life. I had 3 plates of zarusoba, manju, and buckwheat tea. If you like soba, you may be disappointed with the second edition. The manju is also unique but has a good taste. Buckwheat tea is really fragrant and delicious. The price is a bit high, but I think it's worth it. Business hours are until 2pm and last order is until 1:30pm. There is space in the large parking lot in front of the store, so parking is easy.
