Amazing food, great hospitality, wonderful surroundings! Really worth the trip! And a true bang for the buck. Ichiban!

It was a really delicious course. I ordered the prime course, and I really enjoyed the gentle seasoning, the spiciness of the yuzu and pepper, the bitterness of the river fish, and the sour and sweet flavors. Especially Hida beef steak is soft and sweet. The shabu-shabu soup stock was so solid that I drank it alone. It was so amazing that I could have eaten here every day while staying at the hot springs in Gero, and the price was reasonable. I came alone, but during my stay of about 2.5 hours, I was treated very kindly in a room with a view of plants. I will make a reservation when I go to Gero again.

I made a reservation. Arrive at the foot of the mountain in less than 15 minutes while continuing along the mountain road. There are signs everywhere, so be careful. When you enter the shop, you will be guided to the room immediately and the course will start. The shop is very friendly and the explanation is easy to understand and efficient (laughs) From start to finish, the Hida beef course was just delicious. The timing is good, and it's over in about an hour without any slack. The shop was also a renovated old private house, and it was quaint, and the view from the room was great. It has become a shop I want to visit again.
