Nakatsugawa, Gifu, Japan｜そば工房 旺麦

It is located in front of Kashimo on the way from Nakatsugawa Interchange to Gero Onsen. I ate kiko soba. It was 100% buckwheat noodles. The aroma of the soba and the smoothness of the throat were delicious, and I ate it all in no time. The taste of the soba is perfect, and the kindness of the staff is what makes it so popular. Corner lot of intersection, parking lot is about 10 cars.

I ate a set of Juwari soba and tempura. The smooth soba noodles and lightly fried tempura were both delicious.

I had the 100 percent soba noodles, and it was delicious and easy to swallow. Tempura is also crispy👍️ I would like to come again when I am nearby~☺️
