There are quite a lot of types of horse sashimi. If you order horse sashimi around here, you will usually only get the reddish sashimi, but here you can enjoy various parts of horse sashimi. The shop owner is from Kumamoto, so the selection was impressive.

I was very satisfied with the delicious food. There is so much horsemeat sashimi, which is rare in the Nakatsu-Ena area, that it is hard to decide which one to choose. I'm hoping next time for the seared sardines which I couldn't eat! It is a shop I want to visit again ♪

It's a delicious restaurant no matter what you eat. The delivery time is fast and the work is meticulous. I am happy that smoking is not allowed inside the store.
