I used it for lunch. Hida beef grilled with hoba miso has a strong flavor and goes well with rice. The rice itself is delicious, so you can even eat a large bowl of rice. The Hida beef bowl with salted green onions has a mild and exquisite taste, with the hot spring egg on top making it a first-time combination like "beef bowl with paprika?!" I was very satisfied with the main course, which included salad, miso soup, pickles, and pudding for dessert.

I had the Tsubo Kalbi set for lunch! The Hida beef, which has been pickled in its own pot, is grilled on a hot iron plate.It's absolutely delicious. Moreover, the price is reasonable! ! I tried Kenchan, a local dish from Gifu. I grilled chicken and cabbage like Genghis Khan and it was even more delicious than I expected! The staff at the store were very nice and I would like to go there again next time.
