Ena, Gifu, Japan｜Ohesoba

I had cold soba on a hot summer day and it was delicious. This place has a modern take on traditional Japanese soba. If I lived close by I would come here regularly. It has a clean and easy going atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I want to eat soba, so I came to the store looking for it. I ordered meat soba and my wife ordered tororo soba. Meat soba is a medium-thick noodle that is rare in soba, and tororo soba is a standard thickness that seems to change according to the soup. As expected, the medium-thick noodles are delicious and go well with the sauce. After eating, if you put self-made soba-yu in the sauce, you will feel relieved again. A trip just to come here to eat would be nice.

After arriving in Ena, I searched for soba noodles and found it. The atmosphere was nice and the soba noodles were delicious. It felt good to be selfish.
