a must come if you are doing the famous nakasendo trail. good food good pleasant ambient.

I was walking the Nakasendo trail and happened upon this soba noodle place. I sat at a traditional-style table and ordered the broiled fish set menu and a cold sake. Perhaps I was just hungry from the hike, but everything had excellent flavor! While the soba and fish were good, the mushrooms and veggie dishes were even better. I just wish the servings were bigger! If you're out hiking, this is a great place to stop.

A must come if you are on this trail. Food is delicious and pricing is reasonable.
