On a weekend in late September when the heat was still lingering, I went to Sato-san for lunch for the first time in a while. This time, I was able to enjoy the taste of autumn with all five senses from various dishes, but the grilled food was sweetfish 😋 Of course everything is satisfying and delicious 🎯🥰 I’m looking forward to seeing you next time ☺️🎵 It is located near the Registro Street Hanadocho intersection in Nakatsugawa City, but it may be a little difficult to find. I had wanted to visit this store for a while, but I was finally able to visit it for the first time ☺️ There are 8 seats inside the store, only at the counter, after all, a store like this has to have a counter 🎵 The carefully prepared dishes have a seasonal feel, and can be enjoyed with all five senses, both visually and tastefully. Although the owner is young, he uses seasonal ingredients to create each dish with his talent and dedication, making me want to come back to eat there again. The dishes change monthly, and the course prices seem to go up a little from January, but you'll be satisfied ✌️

This is a wonderful dish made with careful attention to the ingredients and pursuit of deliciousness. Not only is it delicious, but it also has an aesthetic sense and is of the highest quality.
