It's hard to understand because there are no English explanations or pictures Gohei mochi is cheap at 100 yen, so please eat it.

It was very nice restaurant!! I got Goheimochi means grilled rice with Miso and Sansai Kishimen means flat noodle Udon with edible wild plants,,, these were very tasty and was good to spend with a good atmosphere ;-)

Really great local restaurant. The food is served and prepared by a warm and helpful woman. She doesn't speak any English, but this shouldn't scare you at all. The menu has pictures so pointing at them will do the job. Certainly try the lemon squash which is extremely refreshing on a hot day. Her specialities seem to be the rice balls. They are cooked in a sauce which makes them tastier than it may sound. The dishes do require some chop stick skills, as you would need for any local restaurant.
